Small-Business Culture, Enterprise-Level Solutions

The long and short of it comes down to one simple question: How can we help? Mission was first dreamed up for the purpose of serving nonprofits. Our staff has a variety of experience working in nonprofits where we saw a need for stronger IT support and security awareness training. We now serve a much wider client base but because of our roots, we still hold strong nonprofit and community oriented values. Ultimately, we're just here to help. We'll listen to your needs, offer solutions, and do it all with efficiency and friendliness that goes beyond your expectations. We hold ourselves to the highest of standards and we expect you to do the same.

We are meticulous. From installations to documentation, we are super detail-oriented. We put care and patience into everything we do because it’s important to us that we don’t just leave you with a completed project, but with a job well done.

We are knowledge seekers. We won’t pretend to know everything, but whether it’s collecting certifications or researching a topic for hours at a time, we’re kind of obsessed with learning. So you can expect that if we don’t already know the answer to something you need, we’ll find it.

Focused on Customer Needs
We are listeners. We want to see your company grow almost as much as you do, so that means getting to know you and your company goals so that we can provide the best possible solutions for your needs.

We are service-minded. Mission was created while our team was working in nonprofits and saw a need for these organizations to have access to better, more affordable technology solutions. So we’re not here to add to the problem by forcing businesses into services they don't need, we’re here to help. It is always our aim to help businesses that serve others so they can do it more efficiently.
Our Story
The Problem
Mission MSP was first created in an effort to help provide nonprofits with technology solutions that wouldn't break their budgets. Our founders had been working in IT and nonprofits in the Kokomo area and noticed a few common themes:
This often means they're being taken advantage of by larger tech companies or, perhaps worse, relying on their own make-shift fixes because they believe it's their only option. They're just doing the best they can when they use that free antivirus or click on a link from a seemingly trusted source. But as a result, they find themselves incredibly vulnerable to cyber threats and using outdated tools that they don't know how to manage.
The Solution
Enter Mission MSP. We saw the problems within the pricing and structure of technology services that just don't fit a lot of nonprofits and asked how we might make it better. We worked to provide the best networking and managed IT solutions with the best pricing around so that nonprofits can focus their attentions on what they do best: serving their communities. And that just happens to be our top priority as well.
Where We Are Now
Turns out we found a real need in our community that we were able to fill and we've doubled in size almost every year since Mission was founded. But nonprofits aren't the only businesses who need more from their IT services. We now serve a wider array of industries beyond nonprofits including manufacturing, restaurants, and more. We have also expanded our services to include web design, AV solutions, , and vCIO services in order to provide solutions in the present and help plan for the future.
